CareNexa

Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026.

Acceptance

By using CareNexa's website or Android application you agree to these Terms. If you use CareNexa on behalf of a hospital or clinic, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation.

The service

CareNexa is hospital management software. Tenants enter and manage patient, clinical, billing and workforce data. CareNexa does not provide medical advice and does not replace professional judgment. Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for compliance with healthcare laws that apply to them.

Tenant responsibilities

Tenants must follow applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and healthcare regulations. They must inform patients and staff how data is processed and obtain consents where required.

Accounts

Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these Terms.

Plans and fees

Modules and fees are quoted per Tenant and agreed before use. Enabled modules and support levels are described in the quotation or order form.

Intellectual property

CareNexa owns the software. Tenants own their data and branding and grant us a licence to use them only to provide the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, CareNexa is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end the service with notice. Tenants can request export of their data before closure, subject to technical feasibility and law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. If unresolved, courts at the Tenant's place of business in India will have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
